The 10-Minute Busy Woman Workout

How many days per week do you exercise?

The older you get – the more you need daily exercise? Many women think this means spending at least 30-60 minutes for it to provide any value. Not true! You can build a new fitness habit and start getting some results by committing to just ten minutes per day of intentional exercise. This episode of  Ageless Woman Living (formerly the makeover mentor) – features our 10-Minute Busy Woman Workout which is a great place to start.

Overtime, add 5-10 minutes to your daily routine. Once a habit is established, you can begin notching up your fitness, burning more calories and adding more variety. The important thing is to get started and become consistent!

  1. I turn 65 in July and I have lost 40 pounds. My main exercise has been walking, waters aerobics and a few weights. I so need to build muscle either from weights or just exactly from what you just demonstrated. Do you have a DVD that has your workouts all together including the arms? Love you guys!

    • It’s great to be loved, Paulette! Unfortunately, we don’t have a DVD or all our workouts together in one place. Maybe ONE day we will!
