In fact, the average woman gains about 5 pounds. See the picture of in the video below? I’m holding 5 pounds of fake fat. Imagine all that lard being distributed around your waist, hips, and thighs! Ugh. Cancel that idea. Instead imagine NOT gaining any weight this year at all!
