We are bombarded by lies and negativity all day long. In fact, over 80% of what we see and hear on a daily basis is negative. No wonder we are emotionally drained and stressed out by the end of some days. The most powerful and effective way to counter all this “mind sludge” is to intentionally displace it with truth. And what is more life-changing than the living and active “sword” of God’s Word?
In this brief audio podcast – I give you a 7-minute opportunity actively engage in spiritual truth. Set to relaxing music, I share paraphrased scripture that reminds you of who you are in Christ and the power you have as a child of God. As importantly, I also give you a few seconds after each statement to repeat it out loud. Speaking truth with our own voice is a very effective strategy for renewing the mind!
We’d invite you to share your thoughts and experiences with renewing your mind in the comment section below!

Watch your words…they become your actions.
Watch your actions…they become your habits.
Watch your habits…they become your character.
Watch your character…it determines your destiny.
