  1. You two are so cute in those aprons! I love the way you have fun with what the Lord has called you to do… spurring us on to better health and lifestyles. “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds” (Heb. 10:24). Sometimes we need to learn how to love and be good to ourselves so we can understand how to love and be good to others! It’s not a self-focus, but a “see myself the way God sees me” focus … and then aligning our lives with His Word, will and ways. Thank you for all you do, ladies. I don’t comment a lot, but I notice and am grateful.

    • Thank you Dawn for your feedback! It is always encouraging to hear back from others and know that you appreciate what we are doing. It keeps us going!

  2. I thought you were both wearing twin dresses. If they were dresses, I would wear one like that. It’s just my style. Looking forward to the Jump Start Diet. I just signed up for Ageless Women Academy and can’t wait to get started and change my diet.

    • They are so cute with those poka-dots aren’t they! So glad to have you join us in Ageless Woman Academy! Looking forward to supporting you!
