Did you know that most vegetable oils (with the exception of avocado and olive) are creating inflammation throughout your body as well as increasing your appetite? Toss those oils and pre-made salad dressings using them and replace them with this tasty and quick salad dressing. This one little dietary change can help you kick inflammation to the curb!
Ageless Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Combine all ingredients and shake well!
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar or any vinegar will work.
- 2 Cloves Garlic or about 2 Tsp. Pre-chopped ( garlic powder works too)
- 2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1 tsp dried herbs of choice (we used Herbs De Provence)
